Incorrect Addresses



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


Pretty & Saditty is not responsible for:


  • Delayed packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Carrier delays once the package has been shipped



If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.



Lost or Stolen Packages



Once your order has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, Pretty & Saditty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.


Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
