DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work to resolve it accordingly.

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
